Job Title:

Manager – Business Development – HKS 1835, Germany premium wooden flooring brand

Location:

Mumbai

Experience:

Over Five years of relevant experience in Institutional sales of high end products [Wooden Flooring, Furnishing, Furniture, Lighting, Bath ware, Building products industry in Luxury category] through Principal Architects & Interior Designers, Procurement & Design team, Projects Heads, PMC’s, Consultants, Builders & Developers.

Qualification:

Graduate with Good computer skills, Good command over English & pleasing personality.

Responsibilities:

Competition mapping and tracking.
Create and execute plan for developing new business.
Provide product information, Samples, demonstrations to clients.
Development of Institutional & Project business for high end European wooden flooring brand.
Regular follow-up with customers and prospects and be responsive to customer’s real-time needs.
Maximizing networking opportunities and regularly using conferences, events and trade shows to increase awareness and develop a further network of contacts.
This role involves prospecting, developing, expanding, adding new accounts to increase the institutional business – Projects, corporates, hotels, real estate and Institutions.

Skills:

Experience in dealing with and contacts with Architects, Interior designers and Builders.
Experience in Institutional sales , new business development of surface / flooring industry.
Experience and knowledge in handling luxury products in the Wooden Flooring, Furnishing, Furniture, Lighting, Sanitary ware & building products industry in luxury category.

Salary:

Fixed + Performance bonus / Incentives.
