We, HKS Flooring LLP, India have been their exclusive partners for India for the past Ten years.
We have built the brand in India and enjoy a very credible list of clients including architects, interior designers, celebrities, corporates, hospitality industry, HNI’s etc., across India.
We are seeking partners [dealers] to represent us in Gurugram, Delhi & Kolkata.
The partnership key requirements
- Someone who has experience in HIGH END interior products [if it is flooring solutions it would be an advantage]
- The team should have the skill set to understand the complexities of the product & the sale thereof. We shall provide the necessary training.
- Good networking & relations with high end Architects, Interior designers, PMC’s, Corporate, etc.
- We can look at a SIS arrangement, where a dealer has a large show room [selling high end interior products] and can give HKS 1835, 300 / 350 SF of area for display OR we can even look at an exclusive show room 800+ SF.
Please note ours is a B2B product where 99% of our sales happen through architects / interior designers. Hence good networking with high end architects, interior designers, real estate developers & landscape designers is a must.
We have Five studios- Three in Mumbai, Fort, Breach Candy,& Andheri, Lucknow, Ahmedabad & Bangalore.
Besides our studio we also have a 10,000 Sqft. warehouse in Bhiwandi, Mumbai.
